You have to call us the day before, or a couple of days before. It is only a minute of your time and you will ensure your place in the hostel.

In case of not having the confirmation, your reservation will be canceled from 12:00 hours.

We are not responsible for the loss of personal items, we have individual lockers to store your items.

The departure must be before 11:00 hours, otherwise a full day will be charged.

For security reasons, visits to the rooms are not allowed, nor the use of these by unregistered persons.

In case of damaging the property or the furniture of the facilities, it may cause an additional cost, as well as theft or intentional damage.

Loss of keys may incur an additional cost.
